​Where do you source your gemstones?
We source our gemstones from reputable and ethical suppliers around the world, including specific mines and trusted dealers. We prioritize suppliers who adhere to strict fair labor and environmental standards.
Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?
We primarily sell natural, earth-mined gemstones. If a stone is lab-created, enhanced, or treated, it will be clearly and explicitly disclosed in the product description. We believe in complete transparency.

Do your gems come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, many of our high-value and rare gemstones (e.g., significant diamonds, large sapphires) are accompanied by a third-party certification from recognized gemological laboratories like GIP (Gemological Institute of Portugal).

How should I clean my gemstone jewellery?
The best cleaning method depends on the specific gem.

Most durable stones (e.g., diamonds, sapphires, rubies) can be cleaned with mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush.

Softer or porous stones (e.g., pearls, opals, turquoise) should only be wiped with a soft, damp cloth and never immersed in cleaning solutions or ultrasonic cleaners.
We provide specific care instructions with every purchase.
Can I wear my jewellery while swimming or exercising?
We strongly advise against it. Chlorine and saltwater can damage the metal settings and some softer stones. Physical activity can also lead to scratches or loosening of the prongs, which could result in losing your gem.​​
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 5 day return and exchange policy on all unworn jewellery and unmounted gemstones (excluding custom or final sale items). Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please see our dedicated Returns Policy page for full details.

Do you buy back or appraise customer-owned gems?
We offer professional appraisal services for insurance or valuation purposes by a certified gemologist. However, we typically do not buy back pre-owned gems from the general public.

Do you offer repair or resizing services?
Yes, we offer professional repair and resizing services for jewelry purchased from our store. Please contact us with your order details for a quote and turnaround time.

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer several options, including Standard, Express, and Insured Shipping. Since gems are high-value items, all shipments require signature confirmation and are fully insured. Costs vary based on the shipping method and destination, which you can calculate at checkout.
